Offline Books
Right now my three favorite books about business are:
1. The Dip - Seth Godin
2. Straight Edge - Jeff Olson
3. Eat The Frog - Brian Tracy
——-
The Dip - the main thing I got out of the dip is the concept that success is just right around the corner. You’re one site away - one campaign away - one blog post away - 100 more subscribers away. It’s about when you feel like you have been killing yourself working hard and not seeing results - most people give up here and think that what they are doing isn’t working - when in fact they are just about to skyrocket if they just keep going. They are in the Dip.
Straight Edge - Steve Olson books is about a similiar concept but put in a different way. My biggest take away from this was that daily I build myself and my business small steps at a time and consistantly. I keep improving myself - read more books (10 minutes a day)-learn everyday and slowly build myself and remember that rome wasn’t built in a day.
Eat the frog - Do the hardest thing on your List first thing ( I love this -this works)…….before I was making huge lists and always not doing the hardest most important tasks I needed to do. Now I do those things first thing and then the rest of my day is less stressfull and I get more done.
